We are privileged to have a highly specialised team of dieticians and nutritionists who draw up set meals which meet all the needs expressed by type of user, and always under the premise of nutritional balance with full, healthy and appetising diets.

Our Dietetics and Nutrition Department also delivers services in facilities which need advice and management support in dietetics and nutrition

Many companies in our industry have climbed aboard the bandwagon of standardisation and national logistics hubs. We are proud to say that our purchases are made locally and we forge direct links with local producers by supporting them and buying their products directly with no intermediaries. In addition to our commitment to local agriculture, since 2007 we have got our consumers to support the Local Challenge whose starting point is sustainable agriculture.

In addition we require our chefs to source at least 20% of their ingredients from small producers in the area where we operate at no more than 150 km from the place where we make the food. Likewise we encourage our catering teams and chefs to ensure that at least 20% of their recipes and dishes are original and developed by them with the finest features and local products, which are ecological whenever possible and even better fair trade ones.
